2. No Guarantee Clause

Namma MBBS does NOT guarantee admission into any specific college, quota, or seat. Final results depend on NEET rank, counselling authority rules, and seat availability.

3. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Namma MBBS is not responsible for decisions taken by counselling authorities.

4. Jurisdiction

Bangalore, Karnataka. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
